Is this ink really edible?
Yes, this printer works with Edible Ink, and all ingredients of the ink comply with food hygiene standards and are commonly used in food manufacturing industry.
Ingredients: Water, Sorbitol, Food-grade Glycerin (Dietary Fiber), Food Colourants.
Will it taste strange if printed on coffee foam or cake?
Edible ink itself is flavorless and odorless, so it doesn't affect the taste of the food.
Who will fix the machine if it breaks? How long is the warranty?
1. Warranty Period
We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase under normal use conditions.(Consumables such as ink cartridges are excluded.)
2. Troubleshooting Process
In the event of a malfunction, we will first conduct a remote diagnosis (based on the user's description of the problem). Most issues can be resolved through our remote solutions.
3. Parts Replacement Policy
If the remote diagnosis determines that a parts replacement is necessary:
- Within Warranty: We will provide the parts free of charge.
- Out of Warranty: We will continue to provide service, but the parts may be subject to a fee.
Is it difficult to operate? How long does staff training take?
It features a touch panel with an intuitive interface. Simply transfer images from your smartphone via Wi-Fi—designing is extremely easy, and training takes only about 15 minutes.
Besides buying the machine, will there be any additional costs afterward?
You’ll basically only need to purchase dedicated ink cartridges—there are virtually no operating costs beyond consumables.
